Business Terms & Conditions

Rideability reserves the right to change the time and/or date of any session if it is in the best interest of the children taking part.

In the event of extreme weather, sessions the decision on whether a session will go ahead or not will be made on the morning of the session and Rideability will make every attempt to contact all involved in good time and postpone sessions to a later date.

Discounted returner fees only apply if a returner session is booked within 1 week of the original session, and on the next available session (unless stated otherwise by a member of Rideability) Discounted fees only apply following a full price session and are not in conjunction with any other offer.

In the event of an illness, sessions can be postponed to the next available session as long as a member of Rideability has been notified by 9am at the latest that day sessions may only be postponed once.

Places are only secured by full payment. A member of Rideability.co.uk will be in touch over any outstanding payments, however any places that remain unpaid for 3 weeks after booking will be released for re-sale.

Rideability.co.uk Gift Voucher

Description

1. Rideability .co.uk Gift Vouchers are redeemable against:

  • Learn to ride Group courses
  • Summer , Half Term Cycle Camps
  • 1-2-1 sessions for Learn to ride

These vouchers can be redeemed directly with a Rideability.co.uk member of staff, either at our academy or over the phone when booking.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase services outside of those listed above.

Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers must be used at time of booking (please call).

Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Rideability reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

Rideability.co.uk reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
